AUTHORIZED PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS
The Governing Board authorizes the following payroll deductions from employees' monthly checks:
- professional/association dues
- life insurance premium
- credit union
- tax sheltered annuities
- donation (MEA)
- service fee (CSEA)
- voluntary insurance (income protection and life)
- child support litigation*
- IRS orders*
- franchise tax orders*
Note: *This signifies that no employee signature is needed to deduct from payroll check. All other deductions cannot be authorized without the signature of the employee.
