BYLAWS OF THE BOARD

HEALTH, VISION, DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE

Active Board members shall receive fringe benefits, if approved by the Board. Board members may elect to have the District provide health, vision, dental, and/or life insurance. If Board members chose to receive a stipend per Bylaw 9250, in lieu of fringe benefits, individual trustees may elect to participate in the District's group plan by paying the monthly premium.

Upon leaving office, any member who serves one (1) full term or more may continue to participate in the District's group plan at no cost to the District.
