    BYLAWS OF THE BOARD

    NUMBER OF MEMBERS/TERMS OF OFFICE

    The Governing Board shall consist of five (5) members elected by qualified voters of the District as provided by law.

    Term of office of members thus elected shall be four (4) years, beginning the first Friday of December next succeeding the member's election.
