Location

First aid kits shall be equipped according to the guidelines in the Education Code and shall be placed as follows:
1. in each industrial arts classroom;
2. in each physical education facility;
3. in each home economics classroom;
4. in each arts and crafts classroom;
5. in each school office;
6. in each school bus;
7. on each field trip; and
8. in such other locations as school faculty and principal recommend.

The school secretary shall verify twice each year that first aid kits are present in these locations.

Contents

Every first aid kit shall include the articles recommended by the County. The school secretary is responsible for inspecting first aid kits to see that they comply with County recommendations. Kits shall be inspected for contents once each month.
