ILLEGAL WITHHOLDING OF SERVICES

Any employee who engages in any form of strike action, withholding of services, work stoppage, or sick-out, or who engages, singly or with other employees, in action that results in the impediment of the educational process may be subject to disciplinary action and/or dismissal.
