ANNUAL INCREMENT   BP 4351.3

 

Confidential and supervisory employees will earn their annual increment on July 1 of each year:

1.   upon completion of a full year's service; or

2.   seventy-five percent (75%) of that position's regular work year by June 30 of the preceding year.

 

A fraction of an annual increment will not be granted for a fraction of a year's service.
